Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to handle multiple channels (phone, email, social)

Responsibilities

• Customer Service by phone, e-mail or social media for solving incidents daily.
• Manage and handle incoming calls and chats to ensure high-quality communication with clients.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Work parallel on Operations Department tasks when incident resolutions vary.
• Work schedule: 16:00 pm - 00:00 am with 30 minute break
