Job summary

Fever is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to support users across phone, email, and social media channels from a home-based setup in Spain. You will handle incidents daily, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery and exceptional client communication.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Night shift hours apply, with a 30-minute break during the 00:00–08:00 window.

Qualifications

• Experience in User Support or Customer Service preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Excellent planning, organization and multitasking.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Residence in Spain required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by phone, e-mail or social media for solving incidents daily.
• Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats for high-quality communication with clients.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Parallel work for the Department of Operations when resolutions are not constant.
• Work schedule: 00:00 am - 8:00 am with 30 minute break.
