Job summary

KittySpout is seeking experienced Customer Support Agents to join our team on an hourly contract basis, starting within the next 1–4 days. You will handle high-volume inquiries across Email, delivering fast, empathetic solutions while maintaining our brand voice.

This fully remote role requires 3+ years of DTC e-commerce support, hands-on experience with Richpanel and Shopify, and a knack for resolving subscription-related tickets quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer support experience for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Expertise handling subscription-related tickets (cancellations, saves, refunds).
• Ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining brand voice and CSAT.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume tickets and respond within SLA.
• Resolve subscription-related inquiries including cancellations, saves, and refunds.
• Maintain high CSAT and fast response times.
• Work remotely with Richpanel, Shopify, and Commslayer from day one.
• Escalate only when necessary and communicate proactively with operations.
