Coconut is seeking a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to lead marketing operations, plan campaigns, and manage external partners. This role focuses on email marketing, content scheduling, and ecommerce support, with a strong emphasis on data-driven optimization.

The position is part-time (20 hours/week), fully remote, in the EST time zone, and involves coordinating marketing efforts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, and Klaviyo to drive growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Own day-to-day marketing operations from planning through execution.
• Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and product launch schedules to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and external partners to keep projects on track.
• Organize creative assets, marketing files, and internal documentation.
• Build, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns and flows.
• Manage email calendar and customer segmentation to optimize campaigns.
• Monitor email performance and suggest improvements for engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok.
• Coordinate user-generated content campaigns and manage creator relationships.
• Support ecommerce operations with product launches, website updates, and FAQ maintenance.
• Monitor the website for issues and coordinate fixes as needed.
• Prepare wholesale materials and coordinate retailer shipments.
