Job summary

StaffVirtual in the Philippines is seeking a CSR Billing Representative to support billing, payments, and account concerns for U.S.-based clients. You will handle high-volume interactions, post payments, and monitor overdue accounts from a remote setup.

The role emphasizes B2C collections experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Night shift hours and remote work are offered, with provided equipment and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3 years of B2C collections experience in a BPO environment.
• Can handle high volume of calls.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required.
• Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, and Word.
• Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
• Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
• Having telco mobility experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
• Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems.
• Record information about the financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
• Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
• Sort and file correspondence, and perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as answering correspondence and writing reports.
• Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.
