Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL, Inc. is seeking a CSR Billing Representative to assist US-based clients with billing, payments, and account inquiries. The role handles high-volume calls, overdue accounts, and payment arrangements from a remote/work-from-home setup.

You will maintain accurate account records, post payments, and advise on debt repayment strategies while thriving in a fast-paced BPO environment. Experience in B2C collections and strong communication skills are required. Night shift hours apply.

Qualifications

• 3 years of B2C collections experience in a BPO environment.
• Can handle high volume of calls.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required.
• Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, and Word.
• Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
• Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
• Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems.
• Record information about the financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
• Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
• Sort and file correspondence, and perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as answering correspondence and writing reports.
• Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.
