• 3 years of B2C collections experience in a BPO environment.
• Can handle high volume of calls.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required.
• Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, and Word.
• Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
• Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
• Having telco mobility experience is a plus.

Overview: We’re looking for a CSR Billing Representative to assist customers with billing, payments, and account concerns. This role involves handling high-volume customer interactions, following up on overdue accounts, assisting with payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate account records. The ideal candidate has strong B2C collections experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
