BruntWork in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator (Cross-Border Shipping) for a fully remote role. You will track international packages, resolve delivery exceptions, and prepare customs documents while supporting customers across time zones.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, coordinates with UPS, DHL, and local carriers, maintains trackers, and collaborates with warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

Experience in international logistics and cross-border shipping to manage customs clearance.
Proven ability to handle customer support tickets and inquiries via email and ticketing systems.
Strong data-entry skills with attention to detail and use of trackers.
Experience coordinating with carriers and warehouse teams to resolve shipping issues.

Responsibilities

Logistics & international shipping coordination across major carriers.
Customer service and ticket management for order status and shipping updates.
Administrative tasks: data entry, record-keeping, and documentation for shipments.
Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements.
