The role requires minimum 2 years in US logistics or related field, with ERP/TMS experience and strong documentation skills. On-site position with a dynamic, logistics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, freight terms, and logistics documentation.
• Experience using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, TMS, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with international, federal, and local shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate records within logistics systems such as ERP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse coordination as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain processes.
