Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an Inbound Logistics Coordinator to manage stock movement from suppliers to the warehouse on time. You will check production status against ex-factory dates, arrange freight, trigger final invoices, and track ETAs, shipping documents, and warehouse receipts.

The role collaborates with suppliers, freight providers, the Buying team, Product & Procurement Operations, Finance, and warehouse staff to ensure inbound deliveries are received accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, import operations, or inbound supply chain coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound inventory flow and delivery schedules with suppliers, freight providers, and warehouse receiving teams to ensure timely stock arrival.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers and freight forwarders to obtain production updates, track shipments, and resolve delays.
• Execute the production ready-date countdown, check PO milestones against ex-factory dates and flag production delays to relevant teams.
• Arrange freight or pick-up, verify shipping documents prior to dispatch, and ensure goods ship on the confirmed ready date.
• Advise the Finance & Procurement Accountant when orders are ready to ship to trigger final invoice verification and payment.
• Reconcile PO receipts, delivery docs, and inventory records across ERP and WMS while resolving discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
• Generate and distribute weekly inbound status reports, supplier delay summaries, and transit metrics to stakeholders.
