Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in US logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or TMS and related logistics software.
- Familiarity with shipping procedures, freight terms, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for on-time delivery.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues.
- Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with international, federal, and local shipping regulations.
- Maintain records in ERP and TMS.
