• Ocean Export Operations: Handle and monitor Ocean Export shipments from booking to completion.
• Customer Billing and Accounts Receivable: Ensure billing within 1-3 working days from ATD; verify accuracy; manage non-VAT requirements.
• Vendor Payables Management: Ensure vendor payment requests within 1-2 days; monitor accounts payable; resolve discrepancies.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain shipment records; ensure proper filing and archiving.
• Costing and Financial Control: Maintain cost accruals and profitability reporting; support month-end.
• Regulatory and System Compliance: Update Milestones, ISF, AMS, ICS2; maintain regulatory compliance.
• Cross-Functional Support: Assist Ocean Import operations; participate in process improvements.
