Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in PO creation and invoicing with QuickBooks.
• Proven background in e-commerce logistics, freight coordination and Shopify management.
• Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting; proficient with Asana for project work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle of B2B fulfillment including warehouse orders and invoices.
• Provide high-touch email support for direct consumers with speed and empathy.
• Build and optimize tracking systems in Asana to monitor orders, invoices and payments.
• Support growth by managing influencer partnerships and promotional product fulfillment.
• Handle essential administrative tasks to maintain daily operations.
• Ensure urgent POs are processed within 1–2 hours during business hours.
