Job summary

You will prepare and manage shipping documents, track shipments, coordinate with carriers and warehouses, enter data into the system, and support the team to meet tight operational deadlines while staying adaptable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in logistics operations; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment schedules with freight forwarders, customers, and overseas agencies.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (delivery orders, bills of lading, tax invoices, arrival notices).
• Track shipments to ensure on-time fulfillment and follow up delays.
• Coordinate with shippers, carriers, co-loaders, transporters, and warehouses for cargo transfer.
• Enter shipment information into the system and keep records up to date.
• Support the team with documentation tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
