You will balance client care needs with clinician capacity and business priorities, ensuring smooth daily operations and scalable workflows across time zones.

You will join a globally distributed team, solving complex scheduling puzzles and maintaining strong professional boundaries with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in logistics, dispatch, or high-coordination scheduling.
• Strong enthusiasm for solving scheduling challenges and data matching.
• Near-native English fluency with polished professional demeanor.
• Ability to say no constructively and negotiate trade-offs under pressure.
• Experience in medical/allied health scheduling is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate complex scheduling and clinician matching across regions.
• Manage diaries ensuring approx. 1 coordinator for every 5 full-time clinicians.
• Implement traffic-light system to map clients to clinicians based on location, capacity, and experience.
• Structure daily diaries, onboarding new graduates each February.
• Maintain real-time visibility across multi-time-zone team diaries.
• Review client files, verify funding blocks and approvals before bookings.
• Foster productive relationships with clinicians, managers, and global support staff.
