Job summary

ScalableOS seeks a Corporate Controller to lead day-to-day accounting for an inventory-intensive distribution and light manufacturing business. This remote role requires strong U.S.

GAAP proficiency, attention to detail, and ownership of AP, cash allocation, bank reconciliations, and closing processes. The candidate will coordinate with overseas accounting advisers, deliver accurate financial statements, and report to the CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with extensive leadership experience.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Proven ability to support U.S. GAAP remotely for a US-facing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting for inventory-driven distribution and light manufacturing.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate AP, AR, cash, and bank reconciliations with CFO oversight.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.
