AsiaCruit, Inc. is seeking a US Accountant to provide accounting support for United States-based businesses and manage day-to-day bookkeeping, financial reporting, and closing procedures. The role emphasizes applying US GAAP, accuracy, and collaboration with client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have US GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems, enabling effective remote work with international teams across our client network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Accounting experience, preferably with exposure to US GAAP.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and accounting standards.
• Experience with account reconciliations and general ledger management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze financial data and investigate account variances.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
• Support external audits, financial reviews, and client inquiries.
• Research and apply relevant US GAAP guidance to accounting transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.
• Assist with process improvement, documentation, and internal control initiatives.
• Support special accounting projects and ad hoc financial reporting requirements.
