Job summary

More Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager / Controller to lead our accounting operations across inventory-driven channels, including ecommerce and wholesale. You will own month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and robust financial reporting while ensuring accuracy of COGS and inventory valuations.

Qualifications

• Significant professional accounting experience at manager/controller level.
• Experience with inventory, COGS, and multi‑channel revenue reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Shopify and Amazon ecommerce accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure transactions are properly classified.
• Review balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure complete and timely financial reporting across channels.
• Oversee inventory and COGS accounting across multiple platforms.
• Reconcile ecommerce sales and settlements across Shopify and Amazon.
