Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA or equivalent; practical U.S. GAAP proficiency and remote US operations experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. businesses remotely with regular close cycles.
• Advanced ERP usage with strong Excel skills; Crystal Reports experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting for an inventory-intensive distribution and light manufacturing business.
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and annual close; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate AP, AR, payroll, and external accounting advisers; maintain audit trails.
• Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Collaborate with CFO, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
