Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Corporate Accountant to handle accounting and internal reporting for the Corporate and Trophy entities. The role focuses on monthly close, GAAP-compliant reporting, and collaboration with subsidiaries, cash management, and payroll.

You will support policy development and process improvements while assisting in audits and tax filings. Remote-friendly options with home-office setup are available as part of the perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of accounting experience.
• CPA, real estate and Yardi experience a plus.
• Institutional real estate investment fund accounting experience.
• Proficient in using the latest versions of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• BA in Business/related field, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Process day to day Corporate and Trophy transactions in accordance with GAAP.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and consolidated financial statements, supporting schedules and analyses.
• Assist in cash flow management, requirements, and investment policy for all entities.
• Timely preparation and delivery of regular and ad hoc management reports.
• Assist in providing information for annual tax returns and audits.
• Support Controller to establish accounting policies and procedures.
