Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) in the Philippines seeks an experienced Accountant for international client accounts. This remote, full-time role follows North American business hours and offers a stable, growth-oriented environment.

You will handle end-to-end accounting for global clients, deliver insightful financial reporting, and collaborate with firms abroad to drive client impact while maintaining high accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least three years of accounting or bookkeeping experience serving clients abroad.
• CPA and non-CPA candidates welcome; strong English, client-facing skills essential.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; Xero, Bill.com, Google Workspace or Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for international clients: AP/AR, journal entries, accruals, month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) with variance analysis.
• Build budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow projections; monitor burn and runway.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; investigate discrepancies.
• Run payroll accurately with proper approvals and deductions; ensure audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients abroad; translate financials into plain English.
• Develop SOPs, checklists, and close calendars; identify automation opportunities.
