Job summary

CPA Staffing Partners seeks a detail-oriented US Accountant to provide dedicated accounting support to U.S.-based CPA firms. You will manage general accounting activities, prepare financial reports, complete reconciliations, and assist with month-end and year-end closing from a remote Philippines location. You will work with US GAAP, handle reconciliations, and collaborate with clients during aligned U.S.

business hours. Strong English communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with US GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records in accordance with US GAAP.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for general ledger.
• Assist with financial statements, management reports, and variances analysis.
• Support external audits and client inquiries.
