MicroSourcing is seeking a General Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting from a remote setup in the Philippines. You will handle billing, AR, month-end close, and financial reporting while applying US GAAP in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires 5+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with US-based teams. A focus on accuracy, controls, and process improvement is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience across multiple functions.
• Strong US GAAP understanding and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with billing, AR, month-end close, reconciliations and AP.
• Experience supporting US-based operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue, billing, and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist month-end close and financial reporting activities.
• Handle vendor payments, reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI development.
• Collaborate with US-based teams and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
