Job summary

Ladmins is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a remote, Philippines-based role. You will manage the general ledger, close cycles, and multi-entity accounting while partnering with executive leadership to drive growth and accuracy.

The position emphasizes strong GAAP knowledge, ERP/QuickBooks experience, and a proactive mindset to improve controls, processes, and automation in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of accounting experience with month-end close.
• Controller or senior accounting leadership experience preferred.
• GAAP knowledge across AP/AR/general ledger/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting and general ledger integrity.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes across entities.
• Oversee AP/AR, vendor invoices, payments, and classifications.
• Prepare financial reports and KPIs for executive leadership.
• Develop policies, SOPs, and internal controls to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Oversee payroll accounting and coordinate tax filings with partners.
