Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Controller for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will lead the accounting function, oversee financial reporting, internal controls, audit coordination, and provide direct financial leadership to ownership.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
Former Controller or equivalent senior role.
Master's Degree in Accounting is required.
Strong manufacturing/accounting with inventory or cost accounting experience preferred.
Extensive experience with financial reporting, GL, internal controls, audits, and month-end/year-end closes.
Ability to lead senior-level accounting personnel and communicate with ownership.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, month-end close, and financial reporting.
Lead internal controls, audit coordination, and external auditor interactions.
Manage the Accounting Manager and report directly to ownership.
Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash management activities.
