Controller, Shared Services – Are you a hands‑on accounting leader ready to take ownership of a shared services function in a fast‑growing manufacturing and brand implementation organization? This is your chance to join a national company known for quality, integrity, and a people‑first culture.

Our client (confidential) partners with multi‑site clients across various industries, delivering end‑to‑end solutions—from custom signage design and fabrication to installation and facility maintenance. They are seeking a Controller, Shared Services to oversee accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive process standardization and continuous improvement across multiple business units.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing accounting team within shared services (AP, AR, GL).


• Manage month‑end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.


• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls across multi‑site operations.


• Standardize processes and implement workflow improvements and automation.


• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, audits, and long‑term financial planning.


• Monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service level excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)


• 5+ years of experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader


• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting


• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks


• Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset
