Job summary

ECLARO Philippines invites an experienced Senior Finance Controller to lead month-end close, statutory reporting and cross-entity consolidation for Philippine and Australian entities. You will own tax compliance, treasury, and internal controls, while partnering with audit teams and senior management to drive accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires CPA, 6–9 years post-qualification, and strong ERP/Excel skills, with excellent English communication and a proven track record in multi-entity

Qualifications

• CPA with 6–9 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in month-end close and financial reporting.
• Experience in cross-entity consolidation.
• Strong ERP and Excel skills; able to work with large data sets.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close for the Philippine and Australian entities with accurate reporting and timely deadlines.
• Review and approve journals, accruals, prepayments, provisions and intercompany entries.
• Prepare entity-level P&L, balance sheet and cash flow with schedules and commentary.
• Maintain chart of accounts, reporting hierarchy and accounting policy across entities in scope.
• Own corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes and related filings in the Philippines.
• Support Australian entity金融 processes, including reconcilations and audit readiness.
• Drive revenue and cost controls, and ensure compliance with group policy.
