The role emphasizes client coordination, strong communication, and knowledge of ATS/CRM tools, with AU holidays and a competitive monthly salary in PHP.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Client-facing recruitment experience.
• Ability to place 4–5 candidates per month.
• Proficient in screening and interviewing candidates.
• Knowledge of sourcing channels.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Office 365.
• Experience with ATS/CRM and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across top platforms to build pipeline.
• Pre-screen and interview candidates; assess fit.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview processes with clients.
• Manage candidate communications and updates.
