This full-time role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified technical professionals across software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, data, cybersecurity, ERP, and related IT domains.

About the Role

Tawantech is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the Philippines to join our remote recruitment team. The role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified technical professionals across different technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates for roles such as Software Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, and other IT positions.
• Review CVs and conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical background, experience, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate information within the recruitment/ATS system.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
• Monitor recruitment progress, hiring timelines, and pipeline performance.
• Stay updated on the Philippine and international technology talent market and current sourcing trends.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Talent Acquisition.

Strong experience recruiting for technical and IT positions.

Excellent sourcing skills, particularly through LinkedIn and other online platforms.

Good understanding of common IT technologies, roles, and technical terminology.

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Experience recruiting candidates in the Philippines and/or international markets.

Experience working with Saudi Arabia / GCC clients is a plus.

Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Experience working in a fast-paced technology or outsourcing environment.
