Job summary

TCP is seeking a client service representative to provide phone-based support from a home office. You will handle inquiries, resolve product and billing questions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a dedicated home workspace, 1–2 years in USA-based B2C financial services, and a schedule of 9 hours per day, ET business hours, with a $4/hr base pay. This is a remote, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Dedicated home workspace required.
• 5 days a week, 40 hours/week, 9 hour shift with 1 hour unpaid break (09:00–21:00 ET).
• 1–2 years' experience in USA-based B2C financial and banking services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests over the phone, email and chat based on SOPs.
• Utilize TCP’s tech tools suite in day-to-day operations.
• Escalate and distribute customer issues to relevant departments as per guidelines.
• Record, review and follow-up on requests and resolutions.
• Investigate and research solutions.
• Update customer records during conversation.
• Meet and exceed KPIs including client facing time and call quality.
