Job summary

Jome Journey is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to manage client communication and ensure strong follow-through across our marketing accounts. This is not a passive customer service role, and you will engage clients, follow up consistently, coordinate internally, track outstanding items and ensure nothing is left unresolved while working remotely from the Philippines.

You will engage with clients actively, keep them informed, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize campaign

Qualifications

• Proactive and highly organized client-focused professional.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experienced in managing multiple client accounts.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and track outstanding items.
• Not a passive customer service role; ownership of issues.

Responsibilities

• Build strong and professional client relationships.
• Keep clients engaged through regular updates and follow-ups.
• Follow up on approvals, outstanding items and pending decisions.
• Coordinate closely with Meta Ads, Google Ads, creative and web teams.
• Ensure internal tasks are completed and closed properly.
• Understand basic marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL and lead performance.
• Identify client concerns or dissatisfaction early.
• Handle client questions and issues calmly and professionally.
• Keep accurate records of requests, actions and next steps.
• Proactively check in with clients instead of waiting for them to follow up.
• Support client retention and overall satisfaction.
