Job summary

OSOME is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic clients in a remote-capable role based in the Philippines. You will be the main contact for commercial and operational matters, coordinate internal teams, and drive proactive engagement to ensure client success and retention.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in client success or key account management, with strong stakeholder management and experience handling high-value B2B accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Key Account Management, Customer Success, Relationship Management or Client Success.
• Experience managing high-value B2B clients.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal teams.
• Experience within a CSP, Accounting, Corporate Secretarial, Tax or Professional Services environment (Nice to have).
• Experience supporting SMEs or founder-led businesses (Nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic clients with complex business structures.
• Build trusted long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Be the client’s primary point of contact for commercial and operational matters.
• Understand each client’s business model, objectives and growth plans.
• Maintain complete ownership of the client relationship throughout their lifecycle.
• Conduct regular account reviews and QBRs.
• Monitor deadlines, renewals and milestones.
• Identify risks and develop account plans.
• Coordinate work across Accounting, Corporate Secretarial, Tax, Payroll, KYC and Client Support teams.
• Drive timely follow-ups and ensure deliverables are met.
• Deliver a white-glove client experience and proactive recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for expanding OSOME products and services.
