• Minimum 2 years managing mid-size to enterprise accounts.
• Minimum 2 years in online sales with lead generation and closing deals.
• Proven onboarding, managing, and retaining clients with high satisfaction.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and executive engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with global US/EU accounts preferred.
• Technical knowledge of B2B lead generation is a plus.

Job Description

Job Title: Client Success Manager

Location: Iloilo City & Davao

Shift: Night Shift

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee client relationships, ensure campaign success, and act as the key liaison between our company and clients. This role requires someone with strong communication, sales, and client management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the team’s performance, ensuring work efficiency and diligently tracking program status.
• Represent the company during programs, actively engaging with clients, and providing comprehensive reports on every aspect of the program.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned clients through consistent, proactive customer contact.
• Regularly update clients on program status and promptly address any immediate concerns during programs.
• Minimize client attrition by skillfully renewing service contracts.
• Upsell clients on additional products and services to maximize value.
• Join 2nd Meeting with OS/CSM
• Ensure that the client’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met within the time frame specified in the contract.
• Report directly to the Senior Client Success Manager/Operations Manager, in the absence of the Senior Manager
• Report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing or the CEO.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Senior Manager or the CEO.
• Reports and takes on tasks as directed by your uplines.
• Ad hoc tasks as delegated by the Management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing mid-size to enterprise accounts, preferably with global companies in the US and EU regions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales, with proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a digital environment.
• Demonstrated success in onboarding, managing, and retaining clients, with high client satisfaction and account renewal rates.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex client environments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and storytelling skills; comfortable engaging with decision-makers and C-level executives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical knowledge of B2B lead generation and sales processes is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing in a client-facing role is advantageous.
