Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 4+ years in account/client success management.
• Experience with offshore staffing for US clients required.
• Experience in construction/home services is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
• Prepare sales documents, proposals, and client materials.
• Manage client journey from onboarding through integration.
• Serve as main contact for client concerns and requests.
• Set success metrics and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with Philippine team and recruitment/HR/ops.
• Lead client meetings to drive successful outcomes.
• Gather client feedback to improve service delivery.
• Provide recommendations on recruitment practices and staffing trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Act as liaison to ensure clear communication and alignment.
