Qualifications

• Excellent written English and professional email communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and document-review skills.
• Good reading comprehension and ability to follow detailed SOPs.
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple client matters.
• Previous experience in email support, administrative work, document review, legal support, immigration, or customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Send or coordinate the formal quote/package after the consultation.
• Follow up with clients who have not responded to or accepted their quote.
• Answer post-consultation questions about package inclusions, pricing and payment terms, process and next steps, timelines, and what happens after engagement.
• Clarify straightforward questions based on what was already discussed during the consultation.
• Coordinate internally when a client raises a question requiring legal or case-specific advice.
• Keep track of every outstanding quote and ensure no prospective client falls through the cracks.
• Follow up on clients who said they would engage later or are waiting for a particular milestone.
• Assist clients through the engagement/payment process.
• Confirm once engagement requirements are complete.
• Handover newly engaged clients cleanly to the onboarding/case team.
• Maintain notes/statuses on leads and reasons for non-conversion.
