Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of lead generation experience for international clients.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proven success in client engagement with measurable results.
• Experience in a multi-client environment.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Select, engage, and book people using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manage up to 8 coaches and help generate at least 30 to 35 leads per hour via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Utilize marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and texting, depending on the project.
• Use pre‑written scripts for engagement and go off-script after training.
• Utilize ESC2 (CRM) and You Can Book Me, place outbound calls when needed, and provide part‑time support for the back‑office team.
