• Use pre‑written scripts for engagement and go off-script after training.
• Utilize ESC2 (CRM) and You Can Book Me, place outbound calls when needed, and provide part‑time support for the back‑office team.

The Role

We're seeking a Client Engagement Associate. This role is designed for someone with lead generation experience who can connect with clients, book coaches based on their business needs, and keep a group of coaches engaged.

You’ll play a key role in managing up to 8 coaches, using CRM software and marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter to generate leads, while providing part‑time support for the back‑office team.

Location: Must be in The Philippines – Remote.

Environment: Philippines and International Teams.

Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).

Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.

Contract: Full Time

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.


• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in lead generation for international clients; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred; demonstrated success in client engagement with measurable results; experience in a multi-client environment.


• Skills: Ability to qualify and prioritize leads effectively; strong written and verbal English skills; strong computer aptitude, including expertise with Microsoft 365 applications; proficiency with ESC2 (CRM) and You Can Book Me.


• Characteristics: Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills; able to own tasks and be a team player; able to function in an autonomous environment as an independent, self-directed worker.
