DOXA is hiring a Client Engagement Associate to generate leads, engage clients, and book coaches based on business needs. You will manage up to eight coaches, leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to drive activity, and support the back-office team part-time. Strong English skills and CRM experience are required.

Location: The Philippines (Remote). Hours align with Eastern Time; remote collaboration with international teams is ongoing. The role is full-time and requires a proactive, autonomous work style.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Select, engage, and book people using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manage up to 8 coaches and generate 30–35 leads per hour via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Utilize marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and texting.
• Follow scripts and adapt after training.
• Use ESC2 CRM and You Can Book Me; place outbound calls when needed.

The Role:
We’re seeking a Client Engagement Associate. This role is designed for someone with lead generation experience who can connect with clients, book coaches based on their business needs, and keep a group of coaches engaged.
You’ll play a key role in managing up to 8 coaches, using CRM software and marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter to generate leads, while providing part-time support for the back-office team.

Location: Must be in The Philippines – Remote.
Environment: Philippines and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
Contract: Full Time

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in lead generation for international clients; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred; demonstrated success in client engagement with measurable results; experience in a multi-client environment.
• Skills: Ability to qualify and prioritize leads effectively; strong written and verbal English skills; strong computer aptitude, including expertise with Microsoft 365 applications; proficiency with ESC2 (CRM) and You Can Book Me.
• Characteristics: Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills; able to own tasks and be a team player; able to function in an autonomous environment as an independent, self-directed worker.

Responsibilities:

• Manage up to 8 coaches and help generate at least 30 to 35 leads per hour via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Utilize marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and texting, depending on the project.
• Use pre-written scripts for engagement and go “off-script” as necessary after training.
• Utilize ESC2 (CRM) and You Can Book Me, place outbound calls when needed, and provide part-time support for the back-office team.
