Aufgaben

• Manage the Founder's complex calendar, priorities, and commitments.
• Attend meetings with the Founder, capture concise notes and action items, and drive follow-through.
• Draft proposals, correspondence, and executive-level communications on the Founder's behalf.
• Support and manage the Founder's inbox, anticipate needs, and resolve routine issues.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners while upholding security protocols.
