The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, order processing, CRM documentation, and collaboration with the team to improve service delivery while maintaining a distraction-free home office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre or similar environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, telephone systems and basic software applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions with accuracy.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment while staying connected with the team.
• Flexibility to work according to shifts, including evenings or weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when recording customer information.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to think clearly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about Richbuild Industrial Sales Inc. products and services.
• Process customer orders, returns, complaints and requests efficiently and accurately.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow established call handling procedures, scripts and quality standards.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and improve service delivery.
• Maintain a professional and distraction-free home office environment during working hours.
