Job summary

Richbuild Industrial Sales Inc. is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Call Centre Agents for a full-time role at our Clark Freeport Zone facility in Pampanga. We welcome newcomers to BPO and provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, deliver accurate product information, resolve customer inquiries, and document interactions. A positive attitude and quick learning are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• No prior BPO or call centre experience required; full training provided.
