Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is expanding and seeks experienced bookkeepers/accounting professionals to manage daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly closes for clients abroad. You will prepare financial statements and support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting, while maintaining strong client relationships and timely communication.

The role is fully remote from the Philippines, with overlapping hours to North American business time zones, offering a fully

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Three or more years of accounting or bookkeeping experience supporting clients abroad.
• Proficient QuickBooks Online; ability to work with clients and stakeholders in English.
• Experience with Xero, Bill.com, Excel, or Google Workspace is a plus.
• CPA and non-CPA candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks: payables, receivables, journal entries, accruals.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; manage month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow.
• Support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow reporting.
• Maintain clear checklists and schedules; communicate with clients and colleagues.
