TOA Global Pty in the Philippines is seeking an accurate, organized Accountant to support a US public accounting firm. The role focuses on financial statement prep, year-end closes, bank reconciliations, and trust account reconciliations, with a 100% remote night-shift arrangement.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of accounting experience, be proficient in QuickBooks Online and AppFolio, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of accounting experience, including public accounting.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and AppFolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field; CPA-eligible encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client financial statements and ensure GAAP/OCBOA compliance.
• Execute year-end closes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations.
• Handle specialized trust account reconciliations per client needs.
• Communicate with clients to gather documentation and resolve queries.
