TOA Global Pty is hiring a Bookkeeper & Accounting Support Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of U.S.-based clients. This 100% remote role from the Philippines supports month-end closes under US CPA guidance, with emphasis on QuickBooks Online and accuracy across ledgers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of US bookkeeping experience, solid accrual accounting knowledge, and strong English communication for client coordination.

• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and month-end close processes.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented **Bookkeeper & Accounting Support Specialist** to manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close processes for a diverse portfolio of U.S. small and mid-sized businesses.
