Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is expanding its remote accounting team in the Philippines, seeking experienced bookkeepers and accounting professionals who can manage daily books, reconciliation, and month-end close for clients abroad.

You will work independently, communicate clearly with overseas stakeholders, and align hours with North American time zones, using QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, Excel, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least three years of accounting or bookkeeping experience with international clients.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online; experience with Xero, Bill.com, Excel, or Google Workspace a plus.
• CPA holders welcome or not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine bookkeeping including payables, receivables, journal entries, and accruals.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts.
• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and month-end close.
• Assist with payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and teammates.
