The role emphasizes detail, follow-through, and the ability to suggest process improvements from home within a Sales department. With 3+ years in sales support and solid CRM experience, you will log data, manage bids, and collaborate with estimators and clients to optimize margins and workflows.

Qualifications

• CRM experience and ability to manage CRM entries.
• Proficient in creating proposals and logging client data.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in sales support or as a main salesperson (3+ years).
• Must be within Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bids with estimators and email proposals to clients with added margins.
• Follow up with clients and work bids to completion, using a CRM to log pertinent information.
• Monitor, manage, and create CRM entries.
• Analyze and assist the estimating team.
• Construct and email proposals to clients.
• Create a highly organized database of bids and client information.
• Add labor and margin to proposals.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Field questions on bids from multiple clients.
