Job summary

Spoke is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support a fast-moving sales team. You will turn estimates into polished proposals and track bids through to decision, while keeping client relationships strong.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, CRM logging, and collaboration with estimators. A 3+ year background in sales support and proximity to Metro Manila are preferred for this remote-enabled, home-based position.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales teams and handling bids from start to finish.
• Ability to interpret margins and pricing in client proposals.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bids with Estimators and email proposals to clients with added margins.
• Follow up with clients and work bids to completion, using a CRM to log pertinent information.
• Monitor, manage, and create CRM entries
• Analyze and assist the estimating team
• Construct and email proposals to clients
• Create a highly organized database of bids and client information
• Add labor and margin to proposals
• Multitask and prioritize effectively
• Field questions on bids from multiple clients
• Provide feedback and insights on how existing processes may be improved
