DOXA is seeking a Benefits Reconciliation Specialist in the Philippines who will reconcile monthly invoices, audit benefit deductions, and communicate with carriers and client employers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; familiarity with PEO operations preferred; knowledge of employee benefits laws (ERISA, Section 125, COBRA, HIPAA) is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of reconciliation and auditing principles; excellent data entry; proficient in Microsoft Office and related audit software; ability to learn new systems quickly; capable of performing mathematical computations.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit insurance carrier invoices to be reconciled with client employer benefits plans and payroll deductions.
• Verify monthly premium statements for all client benefit policies with accounting to ensure timely payments to carriers.
• Monitor changes in client deductions and premiums; audit and investigate discrepancies; act as liaison between client employers and carriers.
• Input benefit deductions into payroll software and reconcile all benefit plans monthly with 100% accuracy.
• Develop process improvements to enhance deliverables and maintain audit documentation.
