Job summary

SimplerQMS is seeking a BDR Team Lead to coach a small BDR group while prospecting alongside them. You’ll guide calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, shaping an outbound motion for EU and US life sciences prospects.

As a player-coach, you’ll run 1:1s, provide feedback, and help BDRs grow in results and as professionals. Experience leading BDRs in B2B SaaS is essential, with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coaching BDRs/SDRs in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to drive opportunities and pipeline.
• Strong account research, messaging, and multi-channel outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach the team with 1:1s, call reviews, and team meetings.
• Lead by example with outbound prospecting across EU and US.
• Create a repeatable outbound motion with Marketing and Sales alignment.
• Work with Marketing and Sales to select target accounts and plan campaigns.
• Improve processes using CRM data and AI to prioritize activity.
