Job summary

StaffRight Careers is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to fuel our growth by generating leads and coordinating outbound sales campaigns. You will collaborate with our sales team to connect with potential clients and expand our global opportunities.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, have CRM experience, and are comfortable working US time zones from the Philippines. A fast start within two weeks and a reliable setup are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and HubSpot.
• Willing to work US time zones (graveyard shift in the Philippines).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage outbound sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
• Research and identify potential leads with accurate contact information.
• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients.
• Maintain organized records of leads and campaign performance in the CRM.
